How is my order processed?

1. Immediately after your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. Check it carefully and verify that your address is correct: street & house number.
2. Orders placed before 16h will be sent the same day or the day after.We pick your order and wrap it carefully. From the moment your order has been processed, we send you a Track & Trace code. We ship on Wednesday - Thursday - Friday and Saturday.
3. Orders are delivered through Bpost ( Belgian National Postal service).
4. The arrival oy your package depends on the country zone you live in.

When can I expect my package?

If you order before 4pm on a Wednesday - Thursday - Friday and Saturday, the package will be packed and shipped the same day or the day after .You will also receive a tracking code of this.

In most EU countries it will be delivered to your home within 2 to 6 business days. Sometimes it can take a day longer, depending on how busy the carrier network is at that time.
